Friendship is an amazing gift.

There is nothing better then sitting with a friend watching the sun go down. I sat tonight, sharing heartfelt thoughts, while a sweet soul listened. What a blessing it is to have a friend by your side as another day ends. What a gift she gave me by just taking some time and sharing it with me.

Don’t wait another minute….go now….go spend some time with a good friend. Friends makes tough times easier and happy times happier.

Friendship Is good for the heart and soul.

Life, like the ocean, ebbs and flows. The tides go in and out and life is filled with quiet moments and loud rushes of comings and goings. Storms come in unexpectedly and leave an aftermath of destruction. All one can do is sit and wait for the quiet to return. Life is like the tide, ebbing and flowing….the storm will blow out and the peace will return. You just need to believe and you need to wait.

My favorite part of Christmas is putting on the ornaments. So many memories of collecting them. Memories are what life is made of so make sure your focus is making good ones.

Walking is good for your heart and body. Walking allows you to see all the divine has created. Slow down and notice the details. They are quite beautiful.
