
I feel all the feels. I wake up and I know it’s one of those days. I’m sad.
I’m thinking and feeling things deeply. I don’t want to do anything other than to do a whole lot of nothing.
So that’s what I do. I feel and do a whole lot of nothing the entire day.
The day after, I always feel so much brighter and lighter all because I allowed myself to feel. Once I feel, I can then let it go.
I hope you take days to feel. Feeling can lead to healing.
